Founders Pass

Terms of the rewards program

  1. The Founders Pass is a rewards program of the Lit launchpad. It is not an investment, a security, equity, or a loan.
  2. Nothing here guarantees revenue. The Founders Fee Pool is a share of protocol trading fees; if there are no trades, there is no payout.
  3. Parameters of Epoch 1 passes (tiers, shares, multipliers, terms in years, fee rates) are fixed at mint and published on this page.
  4. All terms count from the first Lit mainnet deploy, on any chain. No mainnet date is promised.
  5. Mints are final. No refunds. Passes are transferable ERC-721 tokens; perks follow the token.
  6. Points are earned only by paying protocol fees on the Lit testnet. They cannot be bought.
  7. Lit is built by an independent developer and is not affiliated with LitVM, the Litecoin Foundation, or Lunar Digital Assets.
